Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MySupreme website and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Business Use Only

MySupreme provides wholesale food and restaurant supply services intended strictly for business customers.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are representing a registered business entity and are authorized to make purchasing decisions on its behalf. We reserve the right to request proof of business registration (e.g., Tax ID) at any time.

2. Accounts & Security

To access wholesale pricing and features, you are required to create a business account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MySupreme reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Orders and Availability

All orders placed through MySupreme are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Stock: Product listings do not guarantee immediate availability. In the event of a stockout, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund.
Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit quantities per account or cancel orders that appear to be for non-business (personal) use.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude applicable taxes (HST/GST), which will be added at checkout.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and notify you.
• Payments must be completed via approved methods before delivery, unless net-terms have been approved for your account.

5. Promotional Offers & Credits

From time to time, we may offer promotional credits (e.g., Welcome Credit, Referral Rewards).

Fair Use: These offers are limited to one per business entity/location. Creating multiple accounts to abuse offers will result in immediate account suspension and revocation of credits.
Expiration: Promotional credits may have expiration dates or minimum spend requirements as specified in the offer details.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. You must ensure authorized personnel are present to receive and sign for the delivery.
Perishables: For orders containing perishable items (meat, produce, dairy), risk of loss transfers to you immediately upon delivery. MySupreme is not responsible for spoilage if the delivery cannot be received at the scheduled time.
Pickup: Click & Collect orders must be retrieved within the specified window to ensure product freshness.

7. Returns and Inspection

Due to food safety regulations, return eligibility varies:

Perishables & Frozen: You must inspect these items upon delivery. Any issues (damage, spoilage, shortages) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Dry Goods/Equipment: May be eligible for return within a specified period if unopened and in original condition.

Please contact customer support for a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any items.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the MySupreme website, including text, logos, images, and proprietary technology, is owned by or licensed to MySupreme and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. All proprietary software and technology used to provide the Services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySupreme shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of the Services or supply chain disruptions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
